DDC灰土挤密桩在湿陷性黄土地区大型钢储罐工程中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 结合湿陷性黄土地区某大型钢储罐工程,从加固机理、受力特性、承载力和沉降计算等方面对孔内深层强夯(DDC)灰土挤密桩进行了深入研究,提出了帷幕桩和帷幕内桩的划分概念。实践表明,利用不等长DDC灰土挤密桩对湿陷性黄土地基进行处理,能较大幅度地提高地基承载力,消除黄土的湿陷性,节约工程造价。为湿陷性黄土地区油罐基础提供了一种可行的地基处理方案。 Based on a large steel storage tank project in collapsible loess area,deep research of reinforcement mechanism,bearing capacity and settlement calculation for the DDC lime-soil pile was done,and the concept of distinguishing curtain pile from the pile inside curtain was presented.Practice shows that the method of using different length of DDC lime-soil to treat collapsible loess can greatly improve the foundation bearing capacity,eliminate collapsibility and save construction cost.A feasible foundation treatment program for oil tank project in collapsible loess area was provides.
