Artificial Cultivation Technology of Matteuccia struthiopteris in Montane Region of Eastern Liaoning Province

摘要 荚果蕨初出茎叶柔嫩沸水焯后,炒食、凉拌、做汤、腌制,具浓郁的黄瓜香味,是深受人们喜食的山珍野蔬。选潮湿腐殖质多地块做蕨园,整地做床,7~9月孢子成熟及时采收,次春播种孢子,1~2年后按(20~30)cm×40cm的株行距移植,第2~3年即可采收,亩产量可达600kg,经济效益高。 Matteuccia struthiopteris have delicate stems and leaves,after scald with boiling water,can cook into a variety of dishes,and it is a much-loved tasty food.Select the moist block with amount of humus as fernery.Collect wild mature spores in harvest time,and sewing it in the next spring after land preparation.Transplanting the spores by(20-30)cm×40 cm spacing after 1-2a.The Matteuccia struthiopteris can be picked in 2-3a,and the output per mu could reached 600 kg,also it could brought substantial economic benefits.
