大型外浮顶储罐浮盘底板焊缝正压试验技术

摘要 文章结合工程实际,在分析了大型外浮顶储罐浮盘底板出现渗漏原因的基础上,指出了浮盘底板焊缝传统的真空箱试漏法存在的缺陷和不足,并根据储罐浮盘底板焊缝的结构特点,提出了新的焊缝正压试验法来弥补传统试验方法的不足。工程应用表明,新试验方法试漏效果良好。 Based on the reason analysis of leakage at floating roof bottom plates of a large scale external floating roof tank,the deficiency and shortcoming of traditional leakage test with vacuum chamber are pointed out.According to structural characteristics of the welds at floating roof bottom plates,a new weld leakage test method,i.e.positive pressure leakage test method,is put forward to remedy the traditional method.The engineering practice shows that the new leakage test method works well.
