摘要
以油田数字化建设为基础推行流程化管理,建立新型劳动组织结构,是长庆油田在"大油田管理、大规模建设"过程中,节省投资、降低成本、优化用工、提高劳动生产率的有效手段,亦是实现油气当量5 000万t,确保用工总量不超过7万人的重要举措。文章通过对长庆油田新、老劳动组织结构的对比以及对新组织结构应用效果的分析,阐述了以数字化建设为基础的流程化管理的先进性和实效性。
In big oilfield management and large scale construction,to carry out flow management and establish new labour organization model on the basis of oilfield digital construction is an effective means to save investment,reduce costs,optimize labour employment and raise labour productivity for Changqing Oilfield;also it is an important measure to realize the Changqing Oilfield's target of oil-gas equivalent of 5 000×104 t and total employment number within 7×104.This paper compares the new type of labour organization with the old one,analyzes the applied effect of the new type of labour organization and summarizes the advantage and effectiveness of the flow management based on digital construction.
