摘要
对工程项目进行HSE管理不只是用规章制度、行政措施来进行强制管理,运用心理学原理对员工进行"心理安全"疏导,从而避免员工因存在心理问题而导致安全事故的发生也是重要的途径之一。文章结合肯尼亚工程实际,从"心理安全"管理理念的提出、"心理不安全"的原因分析、制订有针对性的缓解措施等方面对这一新方法进行了探索。实践表明,采用新方法进行管理取得了工程200万个工时无事故的好成绩。
In HSE management of engineering projects,besides mandatory management,one important management way is to apply psychologic principle to remove psychological obstructions from stuff,so that to avoid safety accident caused from psychologic problems of stuff.Associated with a project practice in Kenya,this paper explores the new method of psychologic safety management in aspects of the proposal of psychologic safety management concept,reason analysis of psychology unsafety,remission measures and so on.The practice has shown that the new management method achieved no accident happened for 200×104 man-hours in the project.
