摘要 建立了双阀芯控制非对称缸液压系统的数学模型,得出改变双阀芯2个阀芯位移比值m可使双阀芯控制非对称缸系统成为对称阀控制非对称缸或非对称阀控制非对称缸系统的结论。为了解决非对称缸存在的动态不对称性问题,提出了双阀芯阀芯位移比应满足的控制准则。为改善双阀芯控制非对称缸系统的性能提供了理论依据。 After the mathematics model of dual spool controlled asymmetric cylinder hydraulic system was built.It is concluded that changing the displacement ratio "m" between two spools of the dual spool can make dual spool controlled asymmetric cylinder system become symmetric vale controlled asymmetric cylinder system or asymmetrical valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system respectively.Furthermore,in order to resolve the dynamic asymmetry with the asymmetric cylinder,a rule that the displacement ratio between two spools of the dual spool should be met is presented.This could provide theoretical basis for improving the performance of the dual spool controlled asymmetric cylinder system.
