脑实质转移瘤190例MRI增强扫描征象分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑实质转移瘤MRI增强扫描的特点,旨在提高脑实质转移瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法对190例经临床及病理证实的脑实质转移性肿瘤行MRI扫描,对增强扫描病灶的征象特点进行分析评价。结果 190例脑实质转移瘤患者中,单纯发生于幕上71例,幕下25例,全脑多发94例;增强后共发现病灶839个。强化形式分为:环状强化251个,结节状强化417个,团块状强化74个,花团状强化47个,环靶状强化30个。在同一病例中可出现多种强化形式。结论 MRI增强扫描是颅内转移瘤最有效的检查手段,能明确转移病灶的数目、部位,提高对小病灶的发现,分清与瘤周水肿的界限,转移瘤的强化形式多样,以结节状和环状多见,环靶状和花团状较有特异性,并具有膨胀性生长的特点,外缘大多清楚,综合分析可提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平。
