摘要
随着国家6 m以上厚煤层工作面的开采,国产大功率、大采高电牵引采煤机的研发成为煤炭行业亟待研究的课题。本文介绍了西安煤矿机械有限公司研制的MG900/2210-GWD型采煤机在陕北红柳林煤矿的生产情况,比较了国内外6 m以上煤层大功率采煤机的特点,对采煤机的结构和控制系统进行了改进,并提出了大功率采煤机的发展趋势和研究方向。
With the mining of over 6m caving face of coal seam,the research and development of high-power large-mining height electric haulage coal mining machine become an urgent problem in the coal industry.This paper introduced the production of MG900/2210-GWD coal mining machine that is researched and manufactured by Xi＇an Coal Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd in North Shaanxi Hongliulin Coal Mine and compared the features of over 6m high-power coal mining machines at home and abroad.The structure and control system of the coal mining machine has been improved and the development trend and research direction of high-power coal mining machine is proposed.
