摘要
双工位全自动钢管端面铣头倒棱机可同时对两个钢管进行端面加工,生产效率较高。自动送料机构是它的重要组成部分。本文运用ADAMS软件对自动送料机构进行优化设计,优化后,最大升降力减少58.3%,最大推进力减少78.4%。
Ends of two steel pipes can be processed simultaneously by double-position fully automatic plain-end chamfering machine for steel pipe ends with high production efficiency.The automatic feeding mechanism is its important component.This article describes the optimal design for automatic mechanism by use of ADAMS software and the maximum elevating power is decreased 58.3% while the maximum driving power is decreased 78.4% after optimizing.
