摘要
针对焦炉集气管设备制作与安装过程中容易出现的挠曲变形而影响安装质量的问题,采取钢线控制、分段安装、刚性固定、焊接顺序等一系列工艺措施,极大地减少了集气管的挠曲变形,有效地保证了安装质量。
As for the problem of deflection deformation which influences the installation quality,occurred during the fabrication and installation of gas-collection pipe in coke oven,this article introduced that a series of technological measures such as,steel wire control,part by part installation,rigid fixation and weld sequences,have been taken to greatly reduce the distortion of gas-collection pipe,and efficiently ensure the installation quality.
