摘要
本文在多年研究和较为广泛调研的基础上,跟踪宁夏的清真产业发展状况。主要内容包括7个方面:清真食品的"三个特点",清真产业的结构,"二元四维"的市场空间,"两条产业分布带","双重断裂的经营困难","标准化"建设和清真食品企业的3个"关键性战略"。从而为研究者、政府政策制定和企业经营者提出一个进一步思考的空间。
This paper,based on years of studies and extensive research,tracks the development of halal industry in Ningxia.The main contents of this paper include seven areas:"three characteristics" of halal food,halal industry structure," Binary and Four-dimensional" market space,"Two Industrial Distribution Zones"," operational difficulties of the double fracture ","standardized" construction and the three "critical strategy" of halal food business.So the goal is to provide a further research space for the researchers,government policy makers and business operators.
