摘要
基于部分分流制排水系统的严重混接,调查了上海某典型分流制排水系统旱流放江特征,以探讨分流制排水泵站的污染控制对策。结果表明,所调查的分流制排水系统旱天放江水量大,平均每月放江水量为29×104m3,其中约1/4为旱流放江水量;旱天放江频率高,2008年该系统有277 d存在旱流放江;旱流放江水质差,基本接近合流制系统旱天溢流水质。分析认为系统雨污混接严重、泵站运行水位高、截流能力不足、预抽空反应过度等是其旱天放江水量大的主要原因。
Based on the serious illicit connection of partial separate storm sewer system, the characteristics of dry weather discharge from a typical municipal separate storm sewer system in Shanghai were investigated to study the control countermeasures of pollution from pumping station with separate storm sewer system. The results show that this municipal separate storm sewer system has a large dry weather discharge volume. The average monthly discharge volume is 29 ×10^4m^3, in which a quarter is dry weath- er discharge volume. The dry weather discharge frequency is high, and the dry weather discharges from this system occurred for 277 days in 2008. The dry weather discharge quality is poor and similar to that of dry weather CSO. It is considered that the large dry weather discharge volume is mainly due to serious il- licit connection of the system, high operation water level of pumping station, insufficient interception ca- pacity and excessive pre-pumping.
