摘要
胜利油田某污水站原有的"三段式"处理流程,存在污水沿程腐蚀速率高、水质不稳定问题,采用电化学预氧化/混凝沉降/过滤工艺,在不改变原工艺主体流程的情况下,对污水处理系统进行升级改造。试运行结果表明,污泥产生量少,出水水质稳定达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—94)的B2级标准,经核算,改造后的运行成本为1.25元/m3,制水成本为1.38元/m3。
There were problems of high corrosion rate and unstable wastewater quality in the origi- nal "three-stage" treatment process in wastewater treatment station of Shengli Oil Field. Without chan- ging the main original process, the electrochemical preoxidation/coagulation and sedimentation/filtration process was used to upgrade and reconstruct the original process. The operation results indicate that there is less sludge production, and the effluent quality meets B2 criteria specified in the Recommendation Standard and Analysis Method for the Clastic Rock Reservoir Injection Water Quality ( SY/T 5329 - 94 ). The operation cost is 1.25 yuan/m3, and the cost of water production is 1.38 yuan/m3.
