摘要
采用UASB/生化工艺处理竹制品废水,处理规模为300 m3/d。工程运行结果表明,当进水COD为20 000 mg/L、BOD5为10 000 mg/L、SS为70 mg/L时,处理出水各项指标均能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。整个工艺具有处理效果稳定、耐冲击负荷能力强、出水水质好的特点,处理成本为3.52元/m3。
UASB/bioehemical process is used to treat the bamboo wastewater, and the treatment capacity is 300 m3/d. The practical engineering results show that the effluent can comply with the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996) , when the in- fluent COD, BOD5 and SS are 20 000 rag/L, 10 000 mg/L and 70 mg/L respectively. The process has advantages of stable treatment effect, strong resistance to shock loading and good effluent quality, and the treatment costs is 3.52 yuan/m3.
