离子色谱法测定城市污水中的高氯酸盐 被引量:3

Ion Chromatography for Determination of Perchlorate in Municipal Wastewater

摘要 自然环境中高氯酸盐的存在对人体有较大的危害性。离子色谱法能够有效分析测定组成复杂的城市污水中的高氯酸盐,城市污水样品经离子交换去除金属阳离子、膜分离技术截留大分子和菌体、固相萃取除有机物后,利用Metrohm-861型离子色谱仪分析城市污水样品中ClO4-离子,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.11%,加标回收率为95.3%~104.7%。 Perchlorate in the natural environment does serious harm to human. Ion chromatography can effectively determine perchlorate in complex municipal wastewater. After the metal cations are re- moved by ions exchange, the macromolecules and bacteria are rejected by membrane separation, and the organics are extracted by solid phase from municipal wastewater sample, the C1Q- ion can be determined by Metrohm-861 ion chromatograph. The recovery of standard addition is 95.3% to 104.7% with the relative standard deviation of 0.11% .
