全椎板切除脊柱内固定治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症52例

52 Cases of Elderly Patients with the Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Treated by Laminectomy and Internal Fixation of Spine

目的:探讨全椎板切除减压脊柱内固定术在老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症治疗中的意义及疗效。方法:52例采用全椎板切除加椎弓根螺钉系统脊柱内固定及椎体间植骨融合治疗。结果:52例中随访48例,随访3～12个月、平均8个月,症状体征均得到显著改善。优23例,良19例,中6例,优良率87.5%。结论:全椎板切除脊柱内固定治疗老年退变性腰椎管狭窄症减压充分、可明显缓解临床症状并增强脊柱稳定性。

Objective：Probe the clinical efficacy of whole vertebral plate rejected and spinal internal fixation treatment of senile people with degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis.Methods：Used whole vertebral plate rejected and spinal internal fixation treatment in 52 elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis patients were treated with early follow-up.Result：The group of 52 cases,48 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months,an average of 8 months,all patients were followed up for symptoms and signs were improved dramatically.excellent in 23 cases,good in 19 cases,medium in 6 cases and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion：whole vertebral plate rejected and spinal internal fixation treatment has full decompression,the clinical symptoms were relieved and enhance the efficacy of spinal stability.
