摘要
目的优选消瘤片水提工艺。方法以咖啡酸含量、总多糖含量和浸膏得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,对加水倍量、提取时间、提取次数等因素进行考察,以确定最优提取工艺。结果较优工艺为加水14倍量,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论优选得到的消瘤片水提工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process by water on xiao-liu tablets.Methods The extraction processes with the content of caffeic acid,total polysaccharides and extractum yield as the index.The orthogonal test design was used to select the better extraction process.The optimum extraction condition consists of the times of water and extraction time.Results The best condition of extraction process was 14 times,extracted three times,one hour each.Conclusion The optimized process is feasible and stable for extraction of caffeic acid.
