摘要
目的分析2009年新疆医科大学第一附属医院泌尿道感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用VITEK-2全自动微生物仪进行鉴定及药敏试验,WHONET5.3软件分析病原菌的分布及耐药情况。结果大肠埃希菌是泌尿道感染最主要的致病菌(43.7%),其次为肠球菌属(10.5%)。药敏结果显示,克雷伯菌属对亚胺培南的敏感率为100%,铜绿假单胞菌对头孢唑啉和头孢呋辛的耐药率为100%。革兰阳性球菌对糖肽类抗菌药物及利奈唑烷最为敏感。结论尿培养的病原菌仍以大肠埃希菌为主,但多重耐药的细菌分布呈上升趋势。
Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic susceptibility of pathogens causing urinary infection and to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods Isolated strains were taken to VITEK-2 automatic microbiological analysis/sensitivity system for identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.The data were analyzed by WHONET 5.3.Results Escherichia.coli was the most common bacteria in the urinary tract infection(43.7%),and then were Enterococcus(12.0%).The results of antibiotic susceptibility test in vitro showed that the susceptibility rate of Klebsierlla to imipenem was 100%.Gram-positive cocci were sensitive to glycopeptide antibiotics and linezolid.Conclusion The most common pathogen in urinary infection is Escherichia.coli,but the distribution of multidrug resistance bacteria has increasing tendency.
