摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐市公务员生活质量现状及多个领域各种指标对生活质量的影响。方法选用WHOQOL-BREF中文版作为调查工具,收集整理809份有效调查数据,用SPSS软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果不同民族公务员生活质量没有差异;女性公务员生活质量要高于男性;41岁以上的公务员生活质量要高于40岁以下的;收入越高的公务员生活质量越高。结论性别、年龄、收入水平的差异会对公务员的生活质量造成不同程度的影响,族别因素无明显影响,可以通过多种措施全面提升公务员生活质量水平。
Objective Based on a questionnaire survey of quality of life(QOL)of the office-bearer in Urumqi.The paper analyzed the effects of various indicators in every field to the QOL and put forward to some reasonable suggestions.Methods To choose the Chinese Scale of world health organization QOL as the investigation tool and using softwares of Spass to make statistical analysis of the data.Results The QOL of the office-bearer was no differences between different nations,but the QOL of the women office-bearer is better than men,the QOL of over 41 years was higher than below 40 years,the QOL of the higher income was better than lower income.Conclusion The QOL of office-bearers can be improved through adjusting wage-assigning,increasing the salary,enhancing the social security system,improving the traffic conditions and the air quality and so on.
