摘要 目的研究单、双侧去势对大鼠性功能的影响,探讨雄激素缺乏性性功能降低模型建立的可行性。方法将30只性功能正常的雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、单侧去势组与双侧去势组,每组10只,分别于术后第3、6、9周,行性行为学实验与阿普吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验。结果 (1)交配试验:3、6、9周单、双侧去势组爬背、插入、射精潜伏期较正常组显著延长(P<0.05),爬背、插入、射精次数显著减少(P<0.05);单、双侧去势组间除第3周爬背潜伏期与爬背次数无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其余差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单侧去势组第6周爬背、插入、射精潜伏期和爬背、插入、射精次数与3、9周间亦存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)AP0阴茎勃起实验:单、双侧去势组勃起潜伏期在各周较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.05);单侧去势组勃起潜伏期于第6周显著短于第3、9周(P<0.05)。结论单侧去势可通过性欲、勃起潜伏期与性行为能力方面显著降低大鼠性功能,而双侧去势则至完全ED,提示单侧去势可作为制作雄激素缺乏性性功能降低模型的有效方法。 Objective To study the single,bilateral castration on sexual function in rats to explore the features of androgen deficiency reduces the feasibility model.Methods 30 normal male sexual function SD rats were randomly divided into normal,unilateral and bilateral castration castrated group group,n=10,respectively,3,6,9 weeks after operation,the line of behavioral experiments and Arp morphine(APO) erectile experiment.Results(1) mating test: 3,6,9 weeks alone,bilateral castrated group climb back into the ejaculation latency was significantly longer than the normal group(P〈0.05),to climb back,insert,ejaculation frequency was significantly reduced(P〈0.05);single,bilateral castration groups except the first incubation period of 3 weeks to climb back to climb back with no significant difference in the number of foreign(P〉0.05),the remaining differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);unilateral to Potential group at 6 weeks to climb back,insert,ejaculation latency and climb back,insert,between ejaculation frequency and 3,9 weeks,there is also significant difference(P〈0.05).(2) AP0 erectile Experimental: single,bilateral OVX erection latency in each week compared with control group was significantly longer(P〈0.05);unilateral ovariectomized group at week 6,erection latency was significantly shorter than the first 3,9 weeks(P〈0.05).Conclusion The unilateral castration by sexual desire,erectile capacity and sexual activity can significantly reduce the latency aspects of sexual function in rats,while bilateral castration is to complete ED,prompt unilateral castration as a lack of androgen production decreased sexual function model effective way.
