A retrospective study:risk factors of type 2 diabetes with none alcoholic fatty liver

目的统计我院2型糖尿病(T2DM)住院患者的非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)的患病率,并分析其危险因素。方法收集400例T2DM住院患者的临床、肝脏彩超及生化指标检查资料,进行统计分析。结果 T2DM中NAFLD的患病率为39%,且男性患病率明显高于女性(P<0.05)。体重指数(BMI)、C肽(餐后2 h)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、是T2DM合并NAFLD的独立危险因素。结论 T2DM患者的胰岛素抵抗(IR)、β细胞功能逐步丧失、并发的糖、脂代谢紊乱可能与NAFLD发生和发展有关。

Objective to explore prevalence of type 2 diabetes with none alcoholic fatty liver（NAFLD） in hospital patients and analyze risk factor related.Methods We recruited 400 type 2 diabetic（T2DM） inhospital patients and measured anthropometric indicators,liver ultrasound,and biochemical parameters.statistical analysis were performed.Results 1.the prevalence of type 2 diabetes with NAFLD is 39%,and it is higher in male than female（P〈0.05）.BMI、2 h postprandial C peptide、HbA1c、TG is independent risk factor in T2DM with NAFLD.Conclusion insulin resistance,loss of β cell founction which result in disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism might correlate with occurrence and development of NAFLD.
