针药联合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足33例疗效观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture plus medicine for 33 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的观察针灸联合银杏达莫注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将62例病例随机分为2组,治疗组33例,对照组29例。对照组静脉输注银杏达莫注射液,治疗组静脉输注银杏达莫注射液,同时配合针灸治疗,10 d为1个疗程。分别观察其疗效,并对治疗前后经颅多普勒(TCD)血流平均速度进行比较。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组治疗前后TCD血流平均速度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合药物治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effects of acupuncture and moxibustione plus Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection on vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods The patients（n=62）were randomly divided into two groups,including the treatment group（n=33） and the control group（n=29）.The control group was treeted with Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection.The treatment group was given the Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection plus acupuncture and moxibustione,the treatment period for both groups＇ was 10 days.The effects were observed and compared for the average speed of blood flow of TCD before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,the improvement of average blood flow of TCD of the treatment group was obvious better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and medicine has a good curative effect on vertebrobasilar insufficiency,it is worth to popularize in Clinical.
