摘要
针对现有电烙铁双手操作方式所导致的双手容易疲劳、焊接效率和焊接精度低、存在安全隐患等问题设计了一种新型电烙铁。利用可靠性人本绿色科学创新和组合功能创新设计方法,集锡丝、电烙铁、吸锡工具于一体,在完成结构设计的同时基于人机因素完成了外观造型,设计了集安全性和舒适性、可单手操作、具有焊接、吸锡两用的新型电烙铁,提高工作效率和质量。
The mode of operation of existing electric iron results in worker’s hand fatigue,low welding efficiency and precision.Meanwhile,potential safety problem and other issues exists,and therefore design of a new type of electric iron is presented.By using design method of scientific innovation based reliability,green and people,and by using method of function combination,the new electric iron combines tin wire with electric iron,tin absorption tools.Structural design of the new electric iron is completed,and therefore its shape modeling based ergonomics is also achieved.It possesses security,comfort and other features,such as one-hand operation,welding and absorption.It is good for improving working efficiency and quality.
