摘要
结合朔州市非公有制经济发展现状,就如何更好地贯彻落实国务院"新36条",提出了改善软环境、加强引导、制定保障措施等建议。
Connecting with the current development of non-public economy in Shuozhou City,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the soft environment,strengthening the leadership and enacting the guarantee measures for implementing seriously State Council＇s new 36 opinions on promoting the healthy development of non-public economy.
