摘要
介绍了武汉钢铁股份公司炼钢总厂三分厂在成功应用计算机自动控制炼钢技术的基础上,近年来不断对计算机硬件系统进行升级改造,对应用软件进行更新,同时根据生产模式的变化和外界原料条件的变化,改进了预出铁模型、静态、动态模型,增加了终点磷、硫预测模型,优化了自动拉碳和快速出钢等技术,使2009年第4季度计算机全自动炼钢率平均稳定在83%的水平、自动拉碳率年平均达到85.1%、转炉终点碳、温双命中率年平均达到96.3%的国际先进水平。
It is described in this paper that computer automatic controlled steel-making has been greatly improved in recent years at No.3 Steel-making Plant,WISCO by upgrading the computer system hardware,developing the application software and the related process technologies such as the pre-tapping model of hot metal,quick adjustment of static and dynamic model coefficients,automatic stopping blowing and quick tapping model of converter.As the results the average auto-blowing rate,auto catching carbon rate and C-T hitting rate reached 83%,85.1% and 96.3% in the fourth quarter of 2009.
