摘要
在钝化镁-石灰复合喷吹脱硫试验的基础上,提出了最佳的铁水脱硫操作工艺。通过在生产中对脱硫枪枪位的调整及脱硫剂配比的优化,脱硫剂消耗大幅降低,镁耗由原来的0.6kg/t降为0.4kg/t,石灰消耗由3kg/t降为1.8kg/t,经济效益明显。
Based on the test of desulphurization process by injection of passivated magnesia-lime compound the optimal hot metal desulphurization process is put forward.By adjustment of the position of the injection gun and optimization of desulphurizer ratio the consumption of desulphurizer is reduced from(Mg-0.6 kg/t,CaO-3.0 kg/t) to(Mg-0.4 kg/t,CaO-1.8 kg/t).Economic benefits are obvious.
