摘要
介绍了RH精炼过程控制在线应用模型支持系统的开发与应用。该系统主要由3部分组成:进程管理、计算模型与模型画面。完全利用实际历史数据,仅对在线应用的模型与画面进行一定的调整,可以在较短的时间再现整个处理过程中RH各个模型的运行情况。既有利于模型研发人员对模型的开发与调试,又方便了工艺工程师对模型参数的调整与维护。
The present paper mainly introduces the R D and application of RH refining model online application support system.The system mainly consists of three components： process management,calculation models and model screen.By making full use of the historical performance data and slightly adjusting the online application model and screen image the running conditions of each and every RH model in process can be reproduced in a short time.The new system not only helps the process engineers develop and debug the model,but also facilitates them to make appropriate adjustment and maintenance of the parameters of the model.
