摘要
针对实际生产中转炉移动烟罩膜式水冷壁失效的问题,基于FLUENT软件对移动烟罩冷却水的流场分布进行数值模拟计算,得出流场分布不均衡是移动烟罩失效的主要原因,并提出针对性的改造方案。生产实践表明:改造后的移动烟罩达到并超过了设计使用寿命。
In light of the failure of the converter movable water cooled fume hood in the practical production the water flow field distribution of the movable fume hood is numerically simulated and calculated by software FLUENT and the primary cause to the failure of the movable fume hood is found to be originated from the unbalanced distribution of the flow field and thus a revamp plan accordingly put forward.Production practice demonstrates that the service life of the revamped movable fume hood achieves and even exceeds the designed value.
