千呼万唤始出来。继国家发改委、交通运输部等5部委联合印发的《关于促进甩挂运输发展的通知》发布近1年后,2010年10月18日,交通运输部、国家发改委联合发布通知：按照国家发改委和交通运输部共同制定的《甩挂运输试点工作实施方案》,从2010年11月起,

Oct. 18,2010,Ministry of Transport and NRDC jointly issued the notice announcing that a 2-year pilot project of drop and pull transport will officially be kicked off on Nov. 2010. During this period,the government would issue a series of subsidy policies for re-structure of warehouse and parking station for drop and pull transport,and renewal of vehicles,and other favorable measures and policies,such as toll fee,for various markets that pilot projects are conducted. A few of suggested models of vehicles and techniques are also publicized in the notice.
