摘要
从政府职能和公共物品角度对于公共体育服务的探讨都不同程度地存在视域局限,对公共体育服务公共性的探讨有助于把握其本质特征。通过对公共体育服务供给主体、供给目标、供给客体和供给内容的公共性进行分析,揭示公共体育服务供给主体应以公共性作为其理念指导,供给目标应以公共性作为其价值标准,供给客体应以公共性作为其实现基础,供给内容应以公共性作为其约束条件。
The discussion of public sport service in the perspective of government function and public goods should be replaced by the term of publicity which will help to grasp the characteristic of public sport service.The analysis of the publicity of supply of public sport service including supply subject,supply objective,supply object and supply content reveal that the supply subject should guided by the philosophy of publicity,the supply objective should based on the value of publicity,the supply object is the basis to realize the publicity and the supply content should constrained by the publicity.
