卢芳论消渴之“湿热瘀”病机

传统中医以阴虚燥热作为消渴病的基本病机,但随着人体内外环境的变化及对消渴病认识的逐步深入,其病机与"湿热瘀"愈加密切相关。卢芳教授认为,"湿热瘀"既是消渴病的重要病机,又是消渴病变证的病理的基础。掌握这一致病特点,指导临证处方用药,对于提高中医药治疗消渴病的临床疗效具有重要意义。

The Chinese Medicine has considered ＂yin- deficiency combined with dryness -heat＂ as the basic pathogenesis traditionally. But with the changes of exterior - interior environment and the deepeness of cognition on diabetes gradually,its pathogenesis is correlating with ＂Dampness, heat and blood - stasis＂ closely. Professor LU fang argues that ＂Dampness, heat and blood - stasis＂ is not only the important pathogenesis of diabetes, but also the pathological foundation of its complication or deteriorated cases. That grasping this feature of diabetes to direct prescription and drugs is significant for raising clinical curative effects on Chinese medicine.
