化湿止痛熏洗方在痔病术后的临床应用

Clinical Observation of Resolving Dampness and Pain Decoction after Hemorrhoid Operation

目的:运用化湿止痛熏洗方防治痔病术后肛缘水肿、疼痛,观察其对创面愈合的影响,并探讨其治疗机制。方法:160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药熏洗治疗,每日熏洗1～2次至创面愈合,观察组每日温水清洗局部至创面愈合。观察两组患者肛缘水肿、疼痛及创面愈合情况。结果:两组病例术后发生水肿及水肿消退情况、术后疼痛程度及时间、创面愈合时间比较,治疗组均较对照组具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化湿止痛熏洗方在防治痔病术后肛缘水肿、疼痛及促进创面愈合等方面均有积极的影响。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Resolving Dampness and Pain Decoction in the treatment of postoperative local edema, pain and healing of hemorrhoids. Methods ： An open randomized controlled trial was performed. 80 subjects in treatment group received Resolving Dampness and Pain Decoction to wash, and another 80 cases in control group were simply giv- en routine treatment. Results ： After treatment, the symptom scores of edema and pain in treatment group were lower than those in control group after hemorrhoidectomy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Resolving Dampness and Pain Decoction can effectively improve postoperative edema, pain and healing.
