酸枣仁汤对永久性人工心脏起搏器植入患者焦虑的干预研究

Study on Chinese Medicine Intervention on the Patienes with Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation with Depression and Anxiety

目的:探讨人工心脏起搏器安置术患者的心理特点及酸枣仁汤对焦虑评分的干预效果。方法:对54例有起搏植入适应症的患者采用改进的焦虑量表(SAS)进行术前评分,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组只给予心理干预,治疗组给予心理干预及酸枣仁汤。比较两组患者术后SAS评分情况。结果:有起搏植入适应症的患者均不同程度地存在焦虑、抑郁状况等状况,经中药干预后治疗组患者焦虑、抑郁状况明显改善,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:酸枣仁汤能明显缓解起搏器植入治疗患者围手术期的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective ： To study the psychological characteristics of patienes with cardiac pacemaker implantation and interven- tion effects. Methods ： The 54 cases of patients with indication for permanent VV1 with depression and anxiety were evaluated were randomly divided into two groups ：the simple psychological intervention group （the control group ）and psychological intervention with drug treatment group（ the treatment group）, the two groups were scored by SAS before treatment and one weeks ago. Results ： There are 54 cases of the patienes with cardiac pacemaker implantation were anxiety and depression. There was significant difference of the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Effective drug had good therapetic effect to the patienes with cardiac pacemaker implantation with depression and anxiety.
