新诊断2型糖尿病中医分型护理疗效观察

Curative Effect on the Quality of Nursing According to Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs of New Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:根据新诊断2型糖尿病的中医辨证分型,采取相应护理措施,提高中医护理质量。方法:对新诊断2型糖尿病64例,分为燥热炽盛、气阴两虚、湿热困脾3种证型,辨证施行不同的护理方法。结果:通过对64例新诊断糖尿病的辨证施护,取得满意的医疗效果。结论:对新诊断2型糖尿病采取分型辨证护理的方法,可有效地提高医疗护理效果,减轻病人痛苦,值得临床护理推广。

Objective：To observe the quality of nursing according to differentiation of symptoms and signs of new diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus （ T2DM ）. Methods ： There are three syndrome - classifications of excess of dryness and heat, deficiency of Yin and Yang and clamp - heat encumbering the spleen in the 64 new diagnosed T2DM. We take the different nursing methods according to different syndrome - classification. Results ： It is more effective by the new way. Conclusion ： Nursing according to syndrome - classification of new diagnosed T2DM can improve effectiveness of nursing and relief the pain of patient. It should be recommended in clinic.
