摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的关节炎大鼠血清中RF和IL-18的影响。方法:制备Ⅱ型胶原诱导的关节炎大鼠,随机分组后予贴敷、药物(甲氨喋呤)治疗等因素干预,采用放射性免疫法检测大鼠血清中RF和IL-18。结果:单用贴敷治疗组、甲氨喋呤治疗组及贴敷联合甲氨喋呤治疗组对大鼠关节炎的病情影响作用显著,血清中RF和IL-18水平都显著降低,贴敷联合甲氨喋呤治疗组优于单用贴敷治疗组和单用甲氨喋呤治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷可能通过抑制IL-18来有效控制Ⅱ型胶原诱导的关节炎大鼠病情,联合应用抗风湿药物效果更佳。
Objective：To study the effect of points-application on rats serum RF and IL- 18 in collagen Ⅱ induced arthritis （CIA） rats. Methods：Prepare CIA rats and group them on random, and treat them by point-application, medication（ Methotrexate）, etc. Test the RF and IL- 18 in rats serum by radioimmunoassay. Results ：Only use peint-application group,Methotrexate group or point-application combine with Methotrexate group can get an excellent effect on rats arthritic,and levels of RF and IL - 18 in the serum decline significantly. Use the point-application combine with Methotrexate group can get a better curative effect than only use point-application group or Methotrexate group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conelusion：Point-application play an important role in controlling the type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis rats condition through inhibiting IL - 18, and can also get a better curative effect combine with the Anti-rheumatic drugs.
