Causes and hazards of blade scaling in nitrogen compressor,air compressor,and thermoelectric turbine blade turbine No.3 of SINOPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company Fertilizer Plant were introduced.Blade scaling was removed by low-pressure saturation wet steam cleaning.Operating efficiency was enhanced by supervising water quality and ensuring steam quality,thus assuring the efficient,safe,and economic operation of the unit.
