摘要
针对天津市淡水资源贫乏的特点,石化循环水项目完全采用海水淡化水做循环冷却水水源,每年可节约用水4000万t。根据项目特点及要求,提出了循环水处理方案,并对药剂进行筛选。应用效果表明循环水系统运行平稳,保证了正常生产。
According to the features of fresh water shortage in Tianjin area,petrochemical circulation project totally used seawater desalination water(SDW)for its cooling water,which could save about 4×107 t/a water.Based on the properties and requirements of SDW,deep treatment of cooling water had been studied and the medicament was selected,the result showed that the cooling water system run smoothly assuring the regular production.
