转炉炉口焊接用旋转水冷保护筒的开发与应用

Development and Application of Rotary Water-cooled Sleeve for Protecting Converter Mouth to be Welded

转炉水冷炉口开裂漏水易引起钢水爆炸及炉衬耐火砖粉化脱落等危害。为了避免焊接转炉水冷炉口时1 000℃左右的高温辐射,开发了旋转水冷保护筒装置,提高了焊接质量,确保了施工安全,每次焊接转炉水冷炉口的时间缩短30 m in。

The water leakage due to the cracking of the converter mouth is likely to result in troubles such as molten steel blasting and refractory bricks at lining powdering or peeling off.In order to prevent the radiation from as high as about 1 000 ℃ temperature in welding the converter mouth,a rotary water-cooled sleeve for protecting the mouth is developed and thus the welding quality is improved and operation safety can also be guaranteed and further more the time for welding a converter mouth is shortened by 30 minutes for each time.
