HTP工艺超低碳贝氏体钢Q620CFD中厚板的开发

摘要 研究了超低碳贝氏体钢Q620CFD在HTP工艺条件下轧态、回火态的组织与力学性能;与同级别低Nb钢板进行了变形抗力热模拟对比试验。结果表明,二次开轧温度和轧后回火工艺对该钢的组织、性能和析出物的形态数量有明显影响;采用HTP工艺可以有效降低其控轧生产时的轧制负荷。 Some properties of UDCBS(Ultra-low Carbon Bainitic Steel) Q620CFD are studied including the microstructure and mechanical properties as rolled and tempered by HTP(High Temperature Process).The thermal simulating test on the deformation resistance is carried out by comparing with the same grade steel with low content of Nb.The results show that effect of both second starting rolling temperature and subsequent tempering process on the microstructure and properties of the steel as well as the morphology and quantity of the precipitates are obvious.The rolling load resulted from the controlled rolling process during production can be decreased effectively by application of HTP.
