摘要
对采用原子吸收光谱法测定的镍铁合金中锰量的操作条件进行了实验,试样经盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸分解后,于体积分数为2.5%的盐酸介质中采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镍铁合金中0.05%~1.00%锰含量。结果表明,该方法检出限可达到0.014μg/mL,回收率在91.1%~111.6%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.55%,精密度和准确度满足镍铁合金中锰量检验要求。
The experiment on operating conditions of determining the content of manganese in ferronickel alloy by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry is carried out.The content of manganese between 0.05% and 1.00% in ferronickel alloy is determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry when the sample is dissolved in 2.5% hydrochloric acid medium after decomposed by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid.The results show that the detecting limit for accuracy by this method can reach to 0.014 μg/mL,the recovery rate is between 91.1% and 111.6%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 6.55% which are indicating that precision and accuracy can meet the requirements for testing the content of manganese in ferronickel alloy.
