Analysis on Causes Leading to End Pressure Fluctuation for Pulverized Coal Injection in BF

对鞍钢鲅鱼圈高炉煤粉喷吹工艺特点进行了介绍,分析了煤粉喷吹过程中末端压力产生波动的原因以及末端压力波动对高炉生产的影响,并提出了控制末端压力波动的措施,为高炉喷吹生产操作提供了参考。

This paper introduces characteristics of the pulverized coal injection technology used by BF in Bayuquan of Angang,and analyzes the causes leading to the end pressure fluctuation during pulverized coal injecting in BF and influence of the end pressure fluctuation on operation of the blast furnace.And finally this paper proposes countermeasures to control the end pressure fluctuation which can be used as the reference for pulverized coal injecting in blast furnace.
