摘要
研究了枫香树材硫酸盐法蒸煮过程中木素、戊聚糖和纸浆得率的变化。结果表明,枫香硫酸盐法蒸煮脱木素可分为以下三个阶段:第一阶段,升温到155℃,属于初始脱木素阶段,木素脱除率达到22.5%左右,戊聚糖溶出30.16%,得率为70.48%;第二阶段,从155℃开始到165℃保温60 min,属于大量脱木素阶段,木素脱除率达93.74%,戊聚糖溶出48.31%,得率为47.43%;第三阶段,从165℃保温60 min后到蒸煮末期,属于残余脱木素阶段,木素脱除率达到98%左右,戊聚糖溶出51.04%,得率为43.87%。
By determining the lignin contents including Klason lignin and acid soluble lignin,the yield of pulping,pentosan degradation,and the mechanism of kraft pulping of Maple were studied.This study indicated kraft pulping has three delignification stages: First,the initial delignification stage before 155℃,the rate of delignification reaches to about 22.5%,dissolving pentosan reaches to 30.16%,the yield of pulping is 70.48%;Second,the bulk delignification stage,the rate of delignication reaches to about 93.74%,dissolving pentosan reaches to 48.31%,the yield of pulping is 47.43% in the period from 155℃ to the maximum temperature 165℃ and for another 60 min at the maximum temperature;Third,the residual delignification stage,the rate of delignificaion reaches to about 98%,dissolving pentosan reaches to 51.04%,the yield of pulping is 43.87%.
