网络课程满意度评价模型研究

Research on Measurement Model of Satisfaction in Web Courses

为了解决网络课程中目前尚不完善的满意度评价问题,运用云模型理论,提出一种新的网络课程满意度评价模型(WCSEM),使得网络课程的建设者与教师及时了解用户对本课程的满意程度,从而对网络课程的内容和教学方式做出相应的调整,以达到更好的教学效果。该模型不仅适用于网络课程环境,而且可以推广应用于其他远程教育环境,对于提高教育信息化建设的质量有十分重要的意义。

In order to resolve the question of satisfaction evaluation,by using cloud model,a new kind of evaluation model is proposed,which the constructor of the network class and the teacher can know satisfaction degree to the class,and the course content and teaching methods are made appropriate adjustments to achieve better results in teaching.The proposed model is not only applied to a network environment but also applied to remote educational environment,it is important on the quality of modern distance education.
