以SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库,IIS作为Web服务器架构服务,Ajax作为客户端浏览器的界面渲染引擎,采用ASP.NET+Ajax设计实现广西发改委稿件管理系统。该系统由系统管理配置、稿件投递审核、稿费计算、稿件分析排名、内外网数据交换、信息公告交流6个功能模块组成,可以实现投稿、阅稿、审稿、定稿等流程的网络化管理,有效提高提高编辑人员的工作效率和质量。

Guangxi Development and Reform Commission＇s manuscript management system takes ASP.NET＋Ajax technology as design,SQL server 2005 as database,IIS as web server,Ajax as browser rander engine.The System includes the following 6 function modules including including system configuration,submit and approve application,calculate fee,ranking analysis,data exchange between inner and outer net,information exchange,etc.System can realize manscript submition,viewing,approval and pubulished in web style.It will improve work efficiency and quality of editor.
