摘要
根据政府部门办公自动化系统功能需求,遵循"以需求定应用,以应用促发展"的设计理念,采用webservice、J2EE、XML等技术设计一个服务型电子政务通用办公自动化系统。该系统主要包括公文交换系统、信访综合业务系统接口、短信消息接口等功能。该系统能实现各政府职能单位之间的资源共享、互联互通和协同办公。
According to the functional requirements of government office automation system and the "defining application by need,promoting development by application" design concept,by web service,J2EE,XML and other technologies a service-oriented e-government general office automation system is designed.The system includes document exchange system,petition integrated business system interface and SMS messages interface,and achieves the resource sharing,interoperability and collaboration among government departments.
