摘要
把埋炭法应用在锂离子电池正极材料磷酸亚铁锂的制备上。以FePO4·2H2O、Li2CO3和蔗糖为原料,采用碳热还原法合成LiFePO4/C材料。对样品进行XRD、SEM和充放电性能分析,结果表明:埋炭法是可行的且合成材料的首次放电比容量为134 mAh/g,与惰性气氛相比埋炭保护气氛更有利于LiFePO4的合成。
The charcoal-protected method was used in the preparation of lithium iron phosphate for lithium-ion battery cathode. The LiFePO4/C material was synthesized by carbothermal reduction, FePO4·2H2O, Li2CO3 and cane sugar as raw material. The samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM and charge/discharge capability, and the result indicated that the charcoal-protected method was feasible and its primary dis'charge capacity was 134 mAh/g and the buried charcoal atmosphere was more propitious to the synthesis of LiFePO4 than the inert atmosphere.
