东莞市能源监测现状分析

Analysis to the Current Situation of Energy Monitoring in Dongguan City

通过对能源监测的类型和意义进行归纳以及对东莞市能源监测状况进行调研,找出东莞市能源监测目前存在的主要问题,并针对问题进行分析,提出出台《东莞市节能监测实施细则》、夯实能源统计基础、设立专项扶持资金、推广合同能源管理、吸收其它城市能源监测经验和建立能源监测平台等建议,以促进东莞市能源监测和节能降耗的有效落实。

By summarizing the classification and significance of energy monitoring and investigating the current situation of energy monitoring in Dongguan city, found out and analyses the major problem of energy monitoring in Dongguan city. In order to promote the energy monitoring and saving in Dongguan city, put forward some suggestions such as putting rules of energy monitoring in Dongguan in place, reinforcing the basis of energy statistics, setting up a special support funds, promoting EMC, absorb experience of other city and setting up the platform of energy monitoring.
