摘要
建立双道氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定废水中砷和硒的方法,对测定的影响因素:样品前处理及共存离子的干扰、预还原剂用量的选择、盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度等试验条件作了研究并予以优化。在最佳条件下,方法的相对标准偏差(n=6)<10%,砷、硒加标回收率分别在95%~98%和90%~95%之间,标准物质的测定与标准值相符。
To establish the simultaneous dctermination of Arsenic and Mercury in the waste water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HGAFS). Influential factors to the determination, including sample pretreatment, and interferences of coexisting ions, amount of reducing agent amount of potassium borohydrid added and HC1 added, ect were stuided and optimized.Working conditions in the assay, the RSD(n-6) of the method was less than 10 %. The recovery rates ranged of arsenic from 95 % to 98 %, mercury from 90 % to 95 %. The detecting results for standard materials were very. much close to the reference valucs.
