摘要
根据三舱段有限元分析技术,对货舱区槽形舱壁分别采用不同顶凳结构形式后的应力进行比较。并在此基础上通过改变槽形横舱壁单面斜壁顶凳的倾斜角度,进行了局部结构参数优化分析研究,采用有限元方法,参考应力最大值、应力最小值和应力分布评价因子三种因素,确定了具体结构形式的相对最优倾角,对实船设计提供参考依据。
The article analyses the structural stress of the corrugated bulkheads with different types of upper stools by establishing FEM models covering three cargo tank lengths.Further studies of parameter optimization are done by changing the obliquity of the single gradient-wall of the transverse upper stool.In the end,the relatively best obliquity is derived based on the maximum and minimum reference stress,and the evaluation factors of stress distribution by FEM.The results can provide reference to the ship structural design.
