摘要
应用工程经济原理与方法对高速公路路面养护管理费用进行了分析。针对养护决策优化中指定资金约束下的养护方案优选问题,以养护费用关系为基础开发了指定资金约束条件下的高速公路养护决策动态规划算法,并基于组合预测的思想对算法中状态转移预测进行了研究。实例表明决策方案得到改善。
The author analyzed the relationship between pavement management costs and benefits by engineering economic principles and methods.Based on capital constraint and considering the key of pavement maintenance decision-making,apavement maintenance optimal decision was proposed.A fuzzy programming model under constraint of capital was developed,which respectively started from minimum and maximum benefit.And a dynamic programming solution algorithm was designed using optimum feature.Application example showed that the model can improve the decision-making effects.
